Just a quickie!

Hi all

A quick hello to you out there in cyberspace - I am still here - just been very busy (as usual).

Bit of a sad day in NZ today - 8 people died yesterday in the terrible storms we've been having. One man and his horse died instantly after being struck by lightning and 6 students (16 + 17 year olds) plus their teacher died on a school trip after being swept away down a river. Very sad - they all came from Auckland too. The weather was atrocious yesterday. Thinking of those poor people and the school too (I drive past it every day on the way to work).

Tis Wednesday today and we're off to Tonga on Saturday - very exciting. Am going to get myself an underwater disposable camera on Thursday in order to take piccies of my snorkelling activities. Will also have a lovely, lovely pedicure as a treat and to have lovely toe-nails (at least - if nothing else!) before I go.

We will be an all over the place family next week - us in Tonga, Ad in NZ and Corrie in USA! What globe trotters we are!

Will post some photos and catch up soon with you all.

Take care.

x Sue

Hi Mary - Tonga was FAB! Will put stuff on as soon as I can - gonna get the underwater camera developed today.

Ad says Hi! He enjoyed having the place to himself while we were away! He's got taller too since the graduation last July - his shirts are all too small and the sleeves way too short! All that in less than a year!

Take care.
